Job Description

Our client, a well-established leader in the paper and pulp sector, is seeking a seasoned Test Manager to join their Atlas program. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire user acceptance testing (UAT) process within the Lead to Cash domain. Your responsibilities will span from developing test strategies and planning UAT activities to executing tests across SAP systems, legacy platforms, and engaging with external partners such as customers.

Key Responsibilities:
– UAT Leadership: Direct and manage UAT efforts for the Lead to Cash process, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
– Test Case Oversight: Collaborate with the implementation partner to review and refine test cases, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
– Defect Management: Enforce adherence to the established defect process, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the program.
– Quality Advocacy: Act as a quality champion by working in close collaboration with the central Test Manager and other test leaders to promote best practices.
– Cross-functional Support: Provide active support to various workstreams within the program, contributing to overall project success.

Requirements:
– Fluent in Swedish.
– Strong test management and communication skills.
– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
– Proven leadership experience managing testing in large-scale transformation programs.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and implement fit-for-purpose testing methods and approaches.
– Excellent capability in prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
– Hands-on experience with system implementations in the process industry, particularly SAP, is essential.
– Prior experience with SAP L2C implementations is a plus.
– Proficient in using the Solution Manager/Focus Build tool.
– Strong leadership qualities and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
– Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
– A proactive, strategic mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:
– Engagement level: 100% with a high probability of contract extension.
– Work model: Hybrid (with on-site requirements as needed; specific details will be provided during the recruitment process).
– Contract period: 2025-03-10 to 2025-10-31.
