Project Manager and Analyst – Stockholm

Job Description

We are looking for two professionals to join an important project: a Project Manager and an Analyst, who will work closely together to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
– Lead and manage all aspects of the technology-related components of the project, ensuring alignment across all tech functions.
– Facilitate coordination between central, continental, and local technology teams.
– Act as a liaison with key stakeholders, with a specific focus on managing relationships within the Sales Region.
– Apply commercial and IT process expertise (ITIL) to enhance project workflows and support operations.
– Review and evaluate commercial terms to ensure alignment with project goals.
– Develop and implement an IT ownership structure, aligning it with the Brazil RACI matrix.
– Provide critical support in contract negotiations and overall setup to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications for the Project Manager:
– Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate across multiple levels.
– Strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate project flow.
– Ability to act as the central coordinator (the “spider in the net”) connecting all project teams and stakeholders.
– Fluency in both English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities for the Analyst:
– Apply commercial and IT process skills (ITIL) to support the analysis and project needs.
– Conduct a thorough review of all tech-related contracts signed for the Brazilian market.
– Prepare executive summaries and commercial overviews for each signed contract to provide clarity and insight to the project team.
– Review and evaluate the commercial terms to ensure alignment with project needs.
– Develop detailed IT ownership and process maps based on the Brazil RACI matrix.
– Design and document comprehensive flowcharts to improve the technical support and operational processes.
– Offer support in contract negotiations and contribute to the overall setup for project success.

Qualifications for the Analyst:
– Strong skills in negotiation and procurement processes to ensure favorable contract terms.
– Expertise in managing stakeholders and understanding vendor relations.
– Experience in managing and reviewing contracts and vendor agreements.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the project.
– Fluency in both English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
