Job Description
We are looking for a consultant with a few years of professional experience to strengthen our team focused on driver-vehicle interaction. The group works closely with colleagues in industrial design, surface design, design quality, prototyping, modeling, and ergonomics. Together, we strive to empower drivers to perform at their best while making each workday more enjoyable.
In this role, you will serve as the Scrum Master for one of our internal interaction design teams. A passion for structure, process development, and cross-functional coordination within R&D is key. Our organization is currently undergoing an agile transformation, with certain ceremonies still taking shape, and we are also exploring how the SAFE framework can be implemented in our processes.
Qualifications
– Education
University degree (M.Sc) in technical design or an equivalent field.
– Languages
Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
– Additional Merits
Familiarity with the SAFE agile framework
Experience leading an agile team
Background in HW/SW product development
Knowledge of Jira, Figma, and Confluence
Previous work within similar industry settings
Role and Responsibilities
– Act as Scrum Master for an internal interaction design team, facilitating ceremonies and promoting agile best practices.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
– Drive ongoing improvements in processes and workflows, supporting the organization’s transition to a mature agile state.

– Work Arrangement: Full-time, with a hybrid setup.
– Duration: Selection of candidates is ongoing, and there are strong prospects for extension of the assignment.
