Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding and dissecting needs, then transforming them into clear, actionable user stories. This position involves comprehensive testing responsibilities within IT environments, ensuring system quality and reliability. By aligning perspectives between various internal and external stakeholders, the candidate will facilitate smooth collaboration and consensus throughout the project lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
– Analyze requirements and convert them into detailed, implementable user stories
– Conduct thorough testing to guarantee the stability and functionality of IT solutions
– Engage with diverse stakeholders to coordinate expectations, streamline communication, and secure buy-in
– Troubleshoot complex problems, employing both critical thinking and creative approaches
Preferred Technical Expertise
– Demonstrated experience with IT testing methodologies
– Familiarity with Azure testing tools or environments (knowledge of development practices is a plus)
– Proven ability to solve technical challenges and evaluate multiple solutions
– Strong capacity for analytical and critical thinking
Experience and Competence
– At least 3–5 years of relevant hands-on involvement in the above-mentioned areas
– While no formal leadership background is required, past work in stakeholder management is advantageous
– Mid-level to senior professionals, or associate-level if the candidate excels in the specified competencies
This role demands both technical rigor and effective communication skills, ensuring all parties are aligned on objectives and progress. A background working closely with stakeholders or clients will be highly valued, given the collaborative nature of the position.
