Senior IT Analyst – Stockholm (50% Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst for a key role with our client. This assignment will involve initiating a pre-study within the compliance area, handling all aspects related to a greenfield project. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of experienced IT and business professionals to ensure quick progress and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a greenfield pre-study project, focusing on functional and non-functional requirements gathering.
– Design and assess potential solutions, conduct gap analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.
– Manage procurement activities and oversee vendor relationships.
– Engage and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
– Contribute to the setup of a small, dynamic team to drive the project forward efficiently.

Requirements:
– Experience: Proven track record of leading similar projects from start to finish, not just in the initial phases.
– Project Management: Strong project management or leadership skills to drive initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
– Business & IT Analysis: Expertise in business and IT requirement definition, as well as conducting detailed business and IT analysis.
– Procurement & Vendor Management: Solid experience in procurement activities and managing vendor relationships.
– Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of software support processes and software development practices.
– Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to identify and prioritize key objectives in complex scenarios.
– Time Management: Ability to handle time-boxed initiatives efficiently.
– Problem Solving: Creative in finding solutions and overcoming obstacles.
– Communication: Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience in performing gap analysis, procurement processes, and full-scale implementation of similar projects.
– Previous involvement in large-scale projects for major organizations.
