Project Lead

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Lead to coordinate initiatives within Group Architecture and collaborate closely with the DORA program. The role involves ensuring the timely delivery of activities within Group Architecture related to DORA and managing dependencies between DORA and other programs, such as BCCM.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and coordinate projects within Group Architecture related to the DORA program.
– Ensure that activities and deliverables are sequenced effectively.
– Manage dependencies between DORA and other programs, including BCCM.
– Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements and expectations are met.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

– Strong experience in project leadership, particularly in large initiatives and programs.
– Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
– Ability to create and implement structures that drive projects forward efficiently.
– Technical understanding to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
– Experience with DORA requirements is a plus.
– Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating clear and professional presentations.

Language:

– English (fluent in both written and spoken)
