Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Management Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in refining product management processes and shaping the product roadmap. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both existing solutions and groundbreaking advancements within the realm of connected systems.

As part of your role, you will be instrumental in developing solutions designed for global implementation across the TRATON group, directly impacting the future of global connected vehicles. You will also take on responsibilities akin to a Product Owner, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment driven by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

– Enhance and implement product management processes and define the product roadmap.
– Drive the development of innovative solutions in the connected systems domain with a global perspective.
– Act as a Product Owner, bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives.
– Collaborate within a cross-functional environment to ensure alignment with agile practices and project goals.
– Contribute to the global vision for connected vehicles by influencing strategies and roadmaps for future systems.

Work Environment:
The role offers a hybrid work setup, combining onsite collaboration and flexibility. You will be required to work onsite in Södertälje at least two days per week, with additional onsite presence as needed for project demands.

Required Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
– Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
– Preferred Experience and Skills (Meriting):
– Familiarity with Scania’s electrical systems or embedded systems in vehicles.
– Practical experience with tools like Colibra, Confluence, and Jira.
– Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
– Hands-on expertise in the automotive domain, particularly connected systems.
– Possession of a C/CE driver’s license is an advantage.
