Key tasks include:
– Designing, building, and testing Proof of Concepts for AI-driven development tools.
– Exploring and integrating AI technologies like LLMs and RAG systems into development processes.
– Developing workflows using LangChain or other agentic frameworks to automate tasks and improve development efficiency.
– Ensuring that AI solutions align with security and code quality standards.

While practical experience with AI tools is an advantage, your ability to experiment and explore new AI concepts is just as important. Your experience might include:
– Working with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
– Implementing and evaluating LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and system optimization techniques.
– Building RAG systems, integrating LLMs with vector databases, and creating efficient retrieval strategies.
– Developing autonomous agents or workflows that integrate AI to automate and optimize tasks in software development.
Desired, but not mandatory qualifications:
– Experience with distributed computing, APIs, and microservices architecture.
– Understanding ethical AI practices and privacy-preserving techniques.
– Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
