As a Data and AI Community Manager within the AI, Analytics & Data Tech Center, you will play a central role in developing and nurturing a vibrant community around data and AI. Your main focus will be designing, implementing, and overseeing training and onboarding programs that cater to both technical and non-technical audiences, all while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

You will collaborate with various teams across the organization, from platform teams to data governance and business stakeholders, to create resources that help employees leverage data and AI effectively in their roles. Your efforts will directly contribute to establishing a data-driven culture through educational workshops, internal events, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Training and Program Development
– Partner with cross-functional teams, including platform, data governance, and business teams, to develop and maintain onboarding materials for the organization’s data and AI tools.
– Design and deliver training programs that onboard our data analytics community to cutting-edge platforms and ensure ongoing updates to meet emerging needs.
– Lead decision-making forums with relevant stakeholders to establish standard operating procedures and effectively communicate these to the community.
– Spearhead initiatives aimed at cultivating a data-driven organization, including creating workshops, webinars, and educational content.

Community Building
– Establish and grow a strong data and AI community within the company, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a culture of learning.
– Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts to develop content for demos, case studies, and training events.
– Plan and execute community-driven activities such as hackathons, meetups, webinars, and interactive workshops to engage and inspire the broader organization.

Advocacy and Awareness
– Champion data literacy throughout the organization, advocating for its importance and integrating it into the company’s overall strategic objectives.
– Develop a variety of content, both written and visual, including newsletters, internal communication platforms, presentations, videos, and infographics, to promote engagement within the community.

Performance Metrics
– Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of community engagement and the success of training initiatives.
– Regularly report progress to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for further improvement based on data-driven analysis.

Required Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
– 5+ years of experience in data-related roles, community management, or program management within the tech or data space.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
– Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful community events (both virtual and in-person).
– A solid understanding of emerging technology trends, particularly in AI and data analytics.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications:
– Experience specifically building and leading data and AI communities.
– Background in data analytics, AI, or similar disciplines, with practical knowledge of tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Google Cloud Platform.
